Who is Eligible for Affordable Housing?
To be eligible for a rental unit, the tenants’ gross income must fall within the threshold set out in the Quebec Affordable Housing Program (PHAQ), based on the household’s composition.

How will the rental of apartments work?
As the project is still in its early stages, it is not yet possible to rent an apartment. Depending on the progress of the work, we will send all the details about the rental process to those who have registered on the project’s interest list.
Each application received will be carefully reviewed according to established criteria. It is important to note that housing will not be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, there is no need to call or email us to try to reserve housing.
